Meet Brianna Byam

Rhode Island Criminal Defense Attorney I love being an attorney, and more importantly, I love helping my clients. I have met some of the greatest individuals and families through my representation. It has been my pleasure to help them through very difficult situations.

Attorney Brianna Byam earned her B.A. from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. During her time at Merrimack, she competed in moot court competitions and interned at the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts (CLCM) where she gained experience in family law, education law, and juvenile justice. Brianna earned her J.D. at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. During law school, Brianna worked at private criminal defense and family law firms; completed her externship at the public defender’s office in Fall River, Massachusetts (CPCS) where she argued bail hearings in the Fall River District Court; and handled misdemeanor criminal cases pending in the Rhode Island District Court through RWU’s Criminal Defense Clinic.

Brianna’s practice focuses on divorce and other family law matters, traffic offenses, personal injury law, and criminal defense. Her knowledge, compassion, and commitment to our clients ensure their legal needs and interests are always put first!
